Shipping Policy

Overview

Aethereal Stories does not currently process orders or ship products directly. All books and physical merchandise are sold and dispatched through third-party retailers and print-on-demand partners.

When you click a "Buy" link on this site, you are taken to one of these retailers to complete your purchase. Each retailer handles its own pricing, shipping, delivery, returns, and customer service according to its own policies.

Retail Partners

Aethereal Stories titles are available through the following channels. Each operates independently and applies its own shipping rates, delivery times, and policies:

• Amazon — Paperback and Kindle editions. Shipping handled by Amazon under its standard delivery terms. See Amazon's shipping policies.
• Barnes & Noble — Paperback editions in the United States. Shipping handled by Barnes & Noble. See Barnes & Noble's help centre.
• Lulu — Paperback editions, print-on-demand. Shipping handled by Lulu. See Lulu's shipping information.
• IngramSpark — Distribution partner supplying Waterstones, Blackwell's, and independent bookshops worldwide. Shipping is handled by the bookshop you order from.

Books may also be ordered through any high-street or online bookshop using the ISBN. Shipping in those cases is handled by the bookshop.

Digital Editions and Soundtracks

eBook editions are delivered electronically by Amazon Kindle and other ebook retailers immediately after purchase. No physical shipping is involved.

Original soundtracks are streamed and distributed through Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, and other major streaming platforms via DistroKid. Access is governed by the terms of the streaming platform you use.

Returns and Customer Service

Because Aethereal Stories does not handle orders directly, returns, refunds, missing parcels, damaged books, and delivery enquiries must be raised with the retailer that processed your purchase.

If you are unsure which retailer fulfilled your order, the receipt or confirmation email you received at the time of purchase will identify them.

Direct Sales

A direct-from-Aethereal-Stories storefront may be added at a later date. If and when that happens, this policy will be updated to reflect the relevant shipping rates, delivery times, and returns process. Until then, all purchases are made through the retail partners listed above.
